To be fair to Bones, the pregnant character had spontaneously gone from NO BABIES EVER to I WANT A BABY in approximately five seconds of dialogue two seasons prior to actually getting pregnant, but they didn't follow up on that at the time. THAT'S PRACTICALLY LIKE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, RIGHT?

I'm still a bit butthurt about Bones, because it was always the shitty cop show with the best character development... until, like, s3. Which, given that it's on s7 now is prob not the ringing endorsement it was in my head.
TBH IT IS A CONSTANT SOURCE OF WORRY TO ME: GIVEN THE DOCTOR'S STANCE ON THE IMPORTANCE OF ~LIFE~ (IT IS BETTER TO LIVE AS A PAVING STONE OR IN A COMPUTER PROGRAM THAN TO DIE), HE WOULD PROBABLY NOT BE VERY PRO-ABORTION.
