goldy_dollar isn't getting it considering how many Buffy/Angel biting soul-bonding fics there have to be out on the internet. And, ahem, I'm sure there are instances on TVD though it's a bit... different.

So did you find any Sherlock/John vampire soul-bounding fics that met to your satisfaction?

And I did find some! Well, not vampire-related, but still! One's a WIP Sentinel AU and the other was this nifty story about people born with names on their fingers.

I can't in good conscience tell you to stay away from the kink meme, however, considering how addicted I am to the TVD one and how addicted I was to the ST:XI one.

I have read a fair amount of Buffy/Spike fic so I need to go with biting. Biting has a whole fluid exchange going on and that seems to be a direct way to do this. How would scenting work? You smell each other and *poof* soulbond? And the bonded at birth thing? Ick.

However, you should also probably step away from the kink meme. *g* Though that is definitely hypocritical of me considering my love of the Once Upon kink meme...

And you make sure to get your scent all over the other person! Because... *handwaves*
