Oy, the panic between seasons. Every year between the seasons (you can set your watch to it, really) people have nothing to talk about. So then someone usually realizes/mentions that between the seasons is when they're writing/filming the next season. Then panic sets in about will there be enough/any/all Sam/Jack in the next season and maybe people should write! Now! And then comes the paranoia about "other" groups also writing to TPTB in an attempt to sabotage any Sam/Jack in the next season...
