Yes, I think that's the case. Just look at the following descriptions, then look at the picture. I think it fits all of them. :)

Seriously, the guy has one facial expression. It covers all possible emotions. It's usually the expression he wears when he's not talking or the camera isn't directly...

Whoops. Sorry. I don't know where this opinion suddenly came from.

Melly hates Riley with a passion. Riley is a bad,evil thing.

He was so mean to my Blondie Bear. Hell, I like Angel more than Riley and that's saying something.

Now Riley's off somewhere (South America? Asia? Texas?) with his equally expressive wife, right? Can't remember a thing about her - I think she may have had a ponytail. Right? Like two people in the military could ever get married and be on the same team...

I think she did have a ponytail. Her name was Sam(should have been Mary Sue). She wore black. That's all I remember about her. She's as memorable as Riley.

I think the reason they are married and on the same team is that 1)Joss doesn't give damn about regs and 2)they aren't the leading officers on the shows flagship team.

I happily ignore all eps with Riley...unless Spike is in it. Then I ignore all scenes with Riley...unless Spike is in it. Then, who the hell cares who else is in the scene?

Riley and I had a love hate relationship. I liked him, he attacked Angel, I hated him. He left, He came back, I loved him again... so currently in the love stage.. but I did turn him into a mouse and have a cat eat him in one fic...

Did you find the secret options you could check? I don't remember them all, but for the question about what body part you wanted, there was a hidden option: "Can't I have Jonas?"
