Notsogood. Sorry. My inner ghetto came out. :-/ The Haunted Mansion's my favorite and I'm a bigger fan of STAY THE SAME. But okay, the changes actually sound KIND of neat.

So not TOTALLY booty. I like the pictures that change as the elevator descends. :D

Okay, the main question I have is -- is there an address for the Haunted Mansion? I know it's in New Orleans Square, but does it have a (fictional) address, like 1234 Main Street?

No, not that I'm aware of. The little "streets" throughout the park aren't named except for Main Street out in the front. New Orleans Square would be pretty much the only way it'd be referred to in reference to location. And if there *is* an actual street address to it, it's not widely known, maybe just an internal company reference.
