I did! First thing yesterday morning! I figured that you'd gone out for the day or something, so I just went ahead and posted one we'd previously short listed. Everyone seems to like it! :D
Nope. Never got it. :( Ug. My email does this to nanda's messages all the time. We're basically forced to communicate with each other through lj, her blog and yahoo groups. I live in constant fear that someone has sent me some important email like feedback and I've never responded thus making them secretly pissed off at me. :(
Well I wasn't pissed off at you at all, just wondered why you'd dropped off the face of the planet for a while - you didn't really seem to be on LJ either. I just figured you were out.
I know what you mean about a latte. I'm currently considering what type of specialty frothy coffee drink I want right now and what my caffeine-to-sugar ratio should be.

I'm pretty hard-core. No sugar. Just straight nonfat latte. Mmmm...
Extra sugar, extra cream. And if you get a mocha, it diguises that coffee flavor even further.
I used to be like that. Always used those yummy flavored creamers in the coffee too. Then about a year ago, I just stopped for some reason. Now all that stuff tastes too sweet. :P

[Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] used to work for a company that made those. I got them on super discount because she's a sweetie.

S'how I am with pop. I don't drink it often any more--regular is too sweet unless I'm having it with food, and I hate the aftertaste on aspartame I get from diet. I've started drinking carbonated water, though. I ended up missing the fizziness more than anything else.

Can't do the plain carbonated water. I'm a diet Coke girl myself. :)

Yeah. Writing. Shoe shopping. I just felt the need to be out. :)

*hugs her sand giraffe*

Sounds very reasonable to me!

Still not sure on the whole sand giraffe fixation thing. Methinks you've had too much Diet Vanilla Coke or something ...

I find humor in the strangest things. *g*
Re:
Heh! Apparently! Although it will admit it's a quite bizarre image! ;)

I wasn't a big coffee drinker before I started here, but then again, I need something to help me face my day. ;-)

*makes aspartame-induced ick face* Never been able to stand it for some reason. Decided not to bother getting used to the aftertaste either.
Glad we've at least both found our substitutes for high-sugar stuff.
Never planning on giving up ice cream, though. *g*
