Non-spoilery but just in general to the whole thing - how much am I loving this show again? HEE! But there was something I was confused about.



Cally's escape *confused* me. I don't have this taped so I can't go back and quick watch, but originally, wasn't Cally pushed down a hill, ran away when at the bottom of the hill and then started sprinting through trees? And it was in the trees that she heard the gunfire?

But yet when the Chief was watching her, it looked like she just took off directly from the trucks. No pushing. And then when the Chief caught up to her, she wasn't surrounded by trees...

OMG. CALLY IS A CYLON! Heh.

Now - shoe shopping or work on fic? Hmmm. Coffee!

Yes. Try not to think too hard about Moore and Co. and their lack of logic on that.... (it was the one thing I didn't mention in my review. hrm)

It was just such a *bad* continuity error. For a second I thought we'd experienced time travel and the outcome had changed...

Yeah, see, this is the kind of thing I don't normally notice until people point it out to me, and then I think, "Huh. What d'ya know?" and go on. But this was so glaringly obvious that even I noticed and spent the rest of the episode wondering if I'd hallucinated the scene in the previous episode. *facepalm* Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Yeah, normally I'm not on an "error" hunt either and can ignore quite a bit. But this...either it was an enormously bad error or Cally really IS a cylon. Heh.

Somebody wasn't paying attention. Originally the sounds of gunfire filled the aired as we watched Cally run away. Then on the next episode we see the Chief pull her down before the gunfire starts.

Such a glaring error so early in the season. Hope they got it out of their systems...

You're right. Things were different second time around. This was the first ep of BSG that I've ever seen and I had a split second of going "huh?"

Thankfully, it didn't make me instantly turn off.
