This is what happens when you don't really pay attention when the lovely flist posts fic for a few years, but in a moment of what-the-hell-was-I-thinking?, wind up at a place like ff.net.

The term "crack!fic." See, now, just from seeing that label used, I honestly thought this was the new "i rote this in studi hall." However, I've been corrected. And I now know! It's actually way, way, *way* out-there AU!

Crack!fic *is* "In this fic, SG-1 are space miners who work hard and play hard. And did I mention, they're also cross-dressing hamsters who will soon be on a quest to find a Magic Golden Carrot?"

Crack!fic *is not* "As the author, I think this is utter shit but I'm posting it anyway, and slapping the label 'crack!fic' on it so no one can yell at me."

I love finally figuring out things 2 years after the fact...

I did this once. :D I actually was quite high on so many painkillers it wasn't funny. Except it was. And I only did it once. And I refuse to take it back.
