Just looked at my Netflix queue and "Inferno" is next up in my Doctor Who run. An episode with eye-patch-wearing evil opposites! In a totally evil AU! Now *this* is what AUs should be used for - evilness. Not zeppelins. Although, some zeppelins *are* a bit naughty, just not really evil.

Long-haired Sam Carter? Totally evil. And Moebius? That episode was filled with evil.

So to sum up, AUs are very very very bad. Unless they're evil.

P.S. Should I be confused in the DW episode "The Web Planet" which has a web, that the creatures are ants and flies? Do either of these ever spin webs? Maybe you're just not allowed to question things when you can see head holes in the ant costumes.

Never seen The Web Planet, but I read the novelization, and nope, I don't remember any spiders. Weren't some of these "insect" people played by dancers?
