Tuesday? Really?

2. I only have 5 more DW DVDs in my Netflix queue. We are woefully underWhoed in the States.
   
   
3. After last night, not sure which Who departure made me sniff more - Nyssa or Jo. (I said "sniff," not "mental breakdown," so Rose doesn't count.)

Oooh, you watched "Terminus"! Poor Five...that was probably the least traumatic companion departure he had!

I did watch that! All of that trilogy, actually. Will probably be posting later this morning. And it was weird - I was more sniffly about Nyssa than Tegan. Probably because Nyssa was sort of bittersweet, while Tegan was a quick severing of ties. Very cold, and it almost had to be.

But I think it was the kiss on the cheek and the thought of Nyssa really being his ward - I had a flashback to Susan. It was the life she wanted, and even though it was going to be a hard life, the Doctor had to respect that and let go. (*slaps Jackie upside the head* *hard*)

*nodnodnodnod* I get sniffly every time. He's worried for her, and not ready to lose her, and proud of her, and poleaxed by realizing she's an adult, all at the same time.

So far I haven't gone through a companion departure yet. Okay not yet this time throught all 26 years.

But it's like it brand new as I haven't seen most of these in 20 years.
