OMG what's that from? Sure you can have the duck room. The TARDIS is MASSIVE and ever changing. Maybe it used to be his room and she fills it with ducks because she's PMSing over something he did? maybe it's her version of the three ducks on a wall thing. Maybe she just felt like.
