I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts...

I'm debating whether or not to do that "20 things in my personal canon" meme for Doctor Who, but 1) I'm having a hard time coming up with 20 things, 2) some of them are depressing the hell out of me, and 3) many seem to end with "Doctor + Rose twu wuv 4 eva!!!!" which is a wee bit frightening. Not sure that's even proper netspeak.

And in other news, I'm now being pimped Heroes by my coworker. Please to be seeing my icon.

See, I get the same way. Which is why I'm not trying to pimp you into Heroes (even though I mention it occasionally), because I've gotten the same way about Friday Night Lights, which has probably 40% of my flist going gaga over it. I've become awfully tired of posts that go like: "You need to watch FNL! It's awesome, and you'll regret missing it!" I actually got grumpy when I found out it'd been renewed, which is just sad.

Hmph. I seem to be lacking just a general "grumpy" icon. I shall have to see about remedying that.

HAHAHA. Heroes. Don't start watching it, especially not now. A) NBC's episode replay system sucks and B) the next episode is the season finale, which I'm sure will be totally WTF-inducing.

PS: it totally rips off like, every Marvel comic ever (Though to be fair, I bet there is not a "mutant power" in existence that some marvel character doesn't have). And some J. Michael Straczynski for good measure.

Maybe if it doesn't descend into later-season hell like many shows do, I'll Netflix it 7 years from now.

I know. I was thinking..."not looms," but I think that's from iffy book canon anyway, "the Doctor was in love with Susan's grandmother" just because I think it's nice, and the rest were sniffly Doomsday-type things, like "Rose was packed and ready to leave with the Doctor when they drove up to the beach," as well as a few other things. And then I just got depressed. Eh, maybe I'll still do it.
