So manticoran mentioned she was starting to watch S1, I replied I was thinking about doing a DW marathon before S4, and then goldy_dollar thought we should do it at the same time.

ALL at the same time. :D

dwrewatch! Go! Go now! Two episodes a week is not much! Really! :D

Naturally we'll be coming at it all from a Doctor/Rose angle, but not every item *has* to be D/R-focused. You could decide to share that you discovered you have the same shoes as an extra in Aliens of London! Or attempt to climb out of a plot hole in The Age of Steel!

We're starting with "Rose" on December 5! FAQs and schedule.

heh. Too funny. My roomie and I just watched Doomsday. (Literally...just finished), and were discussing the need to go back and watch a little S1. So I just joined and told her to go join too so that we can participate. Sounds like a fun idea :)

I've been wanting to rewatch, but putting it off because I have so much prime time backlogged on my DVR (good for when it dries up due to the strike), but this is just too tempting. And even better I can watch at work on Wednesdays. Hee! My section chief just got us a doorbell to warn us when the bosses walk through so we turn off our DVDs. I love my job.

I know I'm probably going to have to miss an ep or two, but I'm hoping I can hit most of them. Especially the series 1 eps...I wasn't involved in fandom when they first aired and I missed all the fan reactions to the episodes...which is half the fun anyway. Besides, we need something to kill the time until series 4 starts. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
