Need pictures...

Anyone know where there're high quality screen caps of SG S6? Jackfic (a site that I just ADORE) has a bunch, but I'm looking for higher quality. *taps foot impatiently for S6 DVDs*

*grinds gears*

And now for a Futurama quote (from "Luck of the Fryish" - don't they know that cartoons aren't supposed to be that touching??)

Fry: "Hey, Leela. How about a kiss for good luck?"

Leela sighs then kisses him on the cheek.

Fry: "I meant *tongue* luck."

*snicker*

Oh - like my sucky worm icon? *VBG* It's from [livejournal.com profile] poohmusings. *smoooch* (ETA - What I meant to say was *suuuuuck*)

Any DVD player in any PC is multi-region. This is true because the machines could be shipped anywhere, and they don't know. DVD players from PC's usually have an ability to choose up to 5 times which region you are in. There are also utilities that allow you to reset that number, as well as play DVD's from any region on your DVD player. So if you have a DVD player in your machine, you should be able to play DVD's from any region. The problem is ensuring that you continue to be able to do so once you get past those 5 choices.

Oh really? I didn't know that! Wow!

Of course I *love* my pretty Region 1 box sets that play in my 5-DVD player...I want to keep getting those. And I really can't justify buying two sets of DVDs. :-\

Well it only works on DVD players on PCs, which are multi-region by default. Regular DVD players, like your 5 disk one, need some sort of a hack.

I just happened to get one of the S6 DVD's to see if it would work - and it did. Don't think I'll be buying any more until the R1 box set comes out though.
