When the Dalek episode aired in S3, I was getting up to the "enough already" point with them. But I was half-convinced we'd see them in the finale as well. Since we didn't, I'm ready to see them again. I think.
The TARDIS regenerates into a Type 102 and immediately takes Jennifer Saunders' form.
I...I kinda really want this to happen, now. (But not so much that I actually want to see them address how you get into a sentient/person-shaped TARDIS on screen. *shudders*)
I voted for having The Doctor/Master being each other's father. That would be brilliant. And the Rose as their mother. That's pretty much the only thing on this list that would surprise me.
You know, I watched the additional short that was on the Ratatouille DVD last night - about two aliens trying to extract a human from this house. My mind started to wander, thinking about how aliens had become a modern-day mythology replacement for gods - legends, folklore, bad ones and good ones that could hand down wisdom or destruction, etc...
And then became afraid of how close I was getting to validating Jesus!Doctor, so I quickly watched the rats cooking again, which *completely* took my mind off it.
If the Doctor doesn't kiss anyone that would mean he didn't kiss anyone-but-Rose or Rose and while the first would be nice for a change, it would surprise me; the Doctor and Rose not kissing is simply unacceptable, although would not be surprising.

And then he will kiss everyone he meets as he walks across the water to get the duckRose to the other side where the Tardis is waiting with K9 and the Doctor's new companion Dalek...who is the Doctor's Faaaather.
A couple of people on the flist were pointing to this. I *really* hope it's the tabloids being tabloids again. If not, that's BEYOND disturbing. Hello reality.
There was a point in S3 where we were hearing about how giddy both JB and DT were reading a script in DT's trailer (or something close to that) and I started fearing that we were going to find out that Jack was the Doctor's son... by Rose
