Bleh. I think early mornings, not sleeping this week and a bit of the sniffles has finally caught up with me. I think I have to call in sick.

In other news, I peeked at the new DW set pics that are floating around. I'll put spoilery reactions in my spoiler filter later (please, no spoiler comments here). I really wish I could quit looking though. I know I've said it before, but I think it's starting to get to the point of me ruining my squee on Time Crash. Back with that mini-episode, I completely spoiled myself and so by the time I watched it, it was almost like watching it a second time or something. I didn't feel the squee for it that I'm sure I would have if I hadn't spoiled myself. And I know I enjoyed Voyage of the Damned a whole lot better because I didn't know what was coming.

[sighs] Really must start resisting if I want to love S4.

I know what you mean. I was okay reading some general spoilers about season 4 before, but now, judging from the way people are reacting to the new ones, I fear I'll completely spoil myself the season if I take a peek.

Also, your f-list is scary. I was skimming it for some Ashes to Ashes reaction posts, and I had to run away in horror at the big DW 'SPOILERS' everywhere ^^

What I really need to do is get back to watching DW's S3, so I'll have that all done by the time S4 starts.

Ooh, S3. I watched the Utopia trilogy again yesterday, what an awesome season finale :) And Blink! Hurry up and get to Blink! :p (but that also means you'll have to sit through DiM/EotD again... did you like those two? ^^)

I wasn't really overly impressed with DiM/EotD. I'm wondering if I'll like them better this time around. After all, I've since started watching Torchwood, and everything else now seems perfectly sane. :D

It *is* hard to resist those suckers, though. I kind of glanced at them and then hit 'back' really quickly, so I didn't get a good look.

DAMNIT. I just need the season to air so I can stop torturing myself. *shakes fist*

I had a good look. :D But really, I want to be done looking. I want to actually watch the show now, and not be making up scenarios in my mind about the set pics.

WORD. The suspense is driving me bonkers.

My fingers had clicked on the mouse and I had seen them all before I had the 'Oh... bugger.' moment that should have come the moment I saw a post about them.

And I keep clicking. :(

I know what you mean. It gets a bit like doing a jigsaw after a while, doesn't it. You find yourself watching and thinking, "Oh, maybe this is the way (blah) fits in."

I'm now so paranoid I'm quite ready to believe they're out there filming fake scenes they'll never use!

I know! I keep wondering about fake scenes too! But then I figure that that's WAY too much money just to try and fool the intarwebs. :D

I know that kind of "I've already seen it all!" deja vu feeling, that's why I don't ever read spoilers or watch trailers before I go to movies. Although I discovered that TW trailers are in fact okay spoiler-wise as they barely show anything and at the same time show what the ep will be about so I watch those. For other shows, NO. It's like, "Hey, let's put all the best bits in the trailer so people get all excited" and then you watch the episode/film and realise that the trailer actually contains everything cool there is. LOL. Same goes with leaked spoilers and pictures.
And I'm proud to say that besides some casting spoilers, I know nothing about S4 and it makes me feel rather good. Beyond those the happiness of knowing would turn into... well, unhappiness of knowing. I noticed that the patience always pays off. The only thing in favour of casting spoilers is: you can prepare yourself for certain shocking things in order not to be in a state of shock for about a week after you've seen what you didn't expect was coming (*cough* me & Doomsday *cough*), but other than that... just NO.

Yes! It's starting to get a bit like that - where the trailers show you all the best bits and there's no point in watching the movie anymore.
