Mer?
Do we have any idea when Torchwood S3 is supposed to start? I mean, I know we won't get the exact day from the BBC until the morning of, but anyone know what general time-frame we're talking about? Fall?
Also, who's the new showrunner again? Do we know him/her?

Why would they think that is a viable plan? Oh..maybe they can't keep up the crack because THEY SMOKED IT. Hence the no Owen and Tosh and Jack being...seeeerrrrious all the time vs. being well, Jack.
Could someone post a bit of unexpected Naked Jack please? My world is spinning in the wrong direction.

Oh, you know these show producers and their whacky notions about their show!

Maybe they could try for an award? (You should see the big-ass grin I've got on my face while typing that.)

Unless there are some hardcore Owen and Tosh fans at BBCAmerica, I think it's probably the amount of episodes. BBC America doesn't tend to run a single season that's under 13 episodes long on its own -- that's why they waited until after series 2 of Primeval to pick it up -- so if the number of episodes is cut in half, BBC America may be forced by their own policy to wait until series 4 airs (if there is one) and air them back-to-back.
It could also have to do with the length of the episodes; if they are only doing five episodes next year, they might make them 50-60 minutes longer, which means more work for BBCAmerica in cutting it down for commercials.
Or maybe it's because they're making it kid-friendly and since all of the TW promos are filled with sex, violence, and grit, they may have to move it to an earlier timeslot. =/

Yes, sometimes I am 12.
What was the question again?

For me I just always can hear JB chewing on the word in the opening credits. Even I don't have an accent like that. :D
