I'll probably see The Dark Knight for two reasons. One: it was Heath Ledger's last film

and Two: I enjoyed Batman Begins in an 'entertainment value' way.
It's weird. For reasons I can't remember, I never saw the end of that movie.
The Happening looks good but I think M. Night Shyamalan might have gone to the well a few too many times. I've been disappointed in his last few films and so I'll wait for the DVDs. Nothing has compared to The Sixth Sense.
It really does seem like he's only got one trick up his sleeve. It's kind of like Kevin Costner - at first everyone thought he was brilliant, but when he did more movies people realized that he doesn't actually act, he says lines.
I'll be at the theaters the day The X-files opens.
