I am now fairly convinced that for their wedding, the Doctor would have this long shopping list of things he wanted including, but not limited to, fireworks, llamas, elephant rides, and possibly fruity drinks with long straws. And Rose would just pat him on the arm and say "Yes, dear" over and over while people looked at them strangely. (Rose is used to that last part.)
