2 more hours until weekend! (aka what else can I post about?)

So...Jacob is really Jack and Claire's father? I know he was in the cabin, but I thought... I'm not quite sure what I thought. That Jacob was just an entity who looked like Jack and Claire's father? But then he's talking about saying hello to his son...

YOU'RE JUST MAKING THIS SHIT UP AS YOU GO ALONG, AREN'T YOU PTB??? NO CLUE WHERE YOU'RE GOING. I've just now decided that Lost is equivalent to some fanfic WIPs.

Oh mystery smoke monster/giraffeabear. Can we please know what you are now besides "a security system?" The noises it makes just doesn't fit with "smoke monster." They fit with "Truckosaurus" or something. (Heh. If they finally get inside the temple and there are these transdimensional aliens wanting their crystal skull back, I will laugh.)

And Charlotte is dead? I guess? You know, Daniel will actually have to bring about her death. She said seeing him when she was a kid was what sent her on a path back to the island. So if he tells her to "stay away forever or you will die," she'll die. But if he never talks to her, maybe she'll live. But knowing this, I wonder what made Daniel tell her.

I always like seeing Desmond, but I fear all these people will get whooshed back to the island and he'll never see Penny and Charlie again. Woe. Same with Sun and her kid.

His mum will bring her back to life. I'm convinced. I don't know how or why or anything, but she has to, as far as I'm concerned. Or else she'll just magically come back to life when everyone comes back to the island (I'd still credit Eloise with this). I'm pretty sure Locke's not going to stay dead, so maybe she'll revive when he does. Is this starting to sound like wishful thinking yet?

I hadn't really thought of it as if he tells her she dies and if he doesn't she might live. That might be because at that point I was busy squirming because she was going all backstory/monologue, which spells imminent death. Dan's pretty keen on not messing with wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey (except with Desmond), so he might travel back in time and tell her just because she told him that he told her, even though he knows it won't do him any good. Or maybe he forgets that she told him that, ends up in the past, realises that he's looking at young Charlotte, and tries to warn her, time/space continuum be damned.

Sorry for ranting/theorising/procrastinating at you,
Siobhan

That's a great point about Locke. I don't believe for a second he'll stay dead. It's very possible that Charlotte will come back to life once everything's righted.

Now he has to tell her. Charlotte is kin to River Song that way. Meh.

I always like seeing Desmond, but I fear all these people will get whooshed back to the island and he'll never see Penny and Charlie again. Woe. Same with Sun and her kid.

This.

Wow, she really is! Archeologist, red hair, caught in a time loop that ends in her death! J.J (or rather the writers on his programmes) needs to really stop copying Doctor Who, first Fringe, now this!

Yeah, that pesky time stuff - hard to go against that.
