Alive.
I really, really, *really* hope I got back to everyone who wished me a happy birthday, because you guys are all just faboo!!
Was kidnapped for a picnic lunch out in the heart of Africa...okay, so it was the Wild Animal Park. But...someone was out walking an anteater on a leash. That pretty authentic and happens all the time in Africa, right? Come on, it's a *huge* continent! Somewhere someone's *gotta* be walking an anteater on a leash. The only slightly bad thing was that it was actually hot out there. Really wish I had worn shorts.
I'm going to have to try and catch up with LJ and more emails later. (Among other things, those 10 unpopular fandom things look interesting...) But I have to wait to hear back about possible job. (Darn dial-up modem!) I had a second interview yesterday, but I'm not too optimistic. My general impression was that they wanted and needed someone with more experience than me. Well, it was worth a shot.
