Oh Jack. Jack Jack Jack. Just when you think he's gone through enough horror of regenerating a new body after literally being blown to bits, he gets buried alive in cement! I'm now picturing RTD with his feet propped up, giggling about all the different ways Jack could possibly die, and then jotting a few down. :D

And, of course, there was completely expected naked!Jack. :D :D Full-frontal, no less! Granted, that part was on grainy CCTV, but I'm sure there will be icons aplenty of it soon. MWAH. (Why am I snickering, thinking that there was ZERO problem in getting JB to bare all onscreen? He probably answered the call with "took you long enough.")

This episode was like one big chess board with all the pieces moving into place for the actual game. If it was a roller coaster ride, the first episode would be getting in and gliding past the animatronic rabbits, this episode would be making the climb up the hill with the clack clack clack of the anti-rollbacks, and tomorrow we go over the top.

One thing I didn't realize until this episode was that the one government dude's name is FROBISHER. I will now fully expect him to turn into a penguin. *nods*

I said to my friend Abbey "Is it wrong that I feel like John Barrowman's just getting his revenge on the BBC for them not showing his butt on Doctor Who a few years ago?". I mean, butt AND full frontal. I totally loved that he just threw the coat Gwen gave him over his head and just kept walking naked. I would totally not be surprised if JB improved or suggested that.
