The last half of this episode was mesmerizing. I'm not quite sure I managed to blink. :D

RTD/Euros were smart in hiding the alien in a tank with smoke. Rubber looks fake. CGI looks fake. Best to go the "Alien" route and hide the monster as much as possible. However...I'm thinking that the thing in the tank probably isn't 456. It's probably some space octopus that 456 picked up and beamed into the tank, and they're talking remotely. Slapping the walls and puking at it? (Oh Rusty.) Strange behavior for an advanced being capable of their technology. (Sort of hard to build a space ship when you're constantly puking into the equipment.)

10% of Earth's children? Sounds to me like they're starting a cross-species dating program. Or are very hungry. :-X

But Jack! You total bastard! You turned over kids to the aliens back in the 60s? Gwen is so gonna kick your regenerated balls for that one! And then some!

Hmmm, I got the idea that it was evolving/transforming/adapting for Earth so that was sort of parts falling off? It already started the breeding program. It had 12 kids, remember?

Maybe I'm just twisted? Or maybe I'm remembering the X-Files ;)
