Wait, so it's just our local station that will preempt HIMYM for football tonight?

(Yes, I know it's the Chargers and I should have some sort of pride, but I don't. Stoopid football.)

It's a bunch of guys throwing or kicking a little ball around a field. Who cares? The only redeeming factor is the tight pants and that's not enough to justify pre-empting a program.

Tivo here says it'll be on after 1am. I am doubtful.

Okay so it's still here for us in LA but they'll be preempting the show for SD football over there?! Can't they just play it on the normal Fox Sports or ESPN type channel? That completely sucks.

Not only did they preempt with football, they had what seemed like 3 hours of post-game blather. Or I'm assuming it was 3 hours. I flipped over to check a couple of times.
