I'm buying myself an apple slicer/peeler/corer. I've always kind of wanted one of those. Yes, there will be pie. :D

Also, every year a friend and I get together on a Saturday in December and do holiday baking - cookies, bars, quick bread. This year we've decided to do just one thing and make a lot of it. Stroopwafels. MMMMMMMM. My friend has made them a few times before and has a friend who has an actual iron. I wonder how many we can crank out in one Saturday.
