*SNIFFLES* He just didn't want to go SO MUCH. No "I was fantastic" speeches, just "I don't want to go." Poor Ten. :( :( :( :(

So that was Rassilon, eh? Yeah, always knew he was a crazy bastard. And let the eternal debate begin if that was the Doctor's mother or Romana.

AND MICKEY AND MARTHA GOT MARRIED. I JUST... O_O

But I thought him saying goodbye (sort of) to "his" companions was lovely. And sniffly. Wah.

ETA: I'm glad there will always be a Ten with Rose off in the altverse. Take that, "Doctor Who is about change!" Nyah.

It was the companions bit that made the episode for me. Even if it did make me cry a lot.

Me, too. I have a box of rapidly dwindling tissues. Martha, Donna, Jack, Sarah-Jane, I could just about handle but then he went back to see Rose and it set me off all over again.

This is the most I've cried in the whole series but that's partly due to crying throughout most of the episode.

Regenerations don't normally cause a flaming TARDIS do they? Just a sign of how much Ten's psyche didn't want to let go?

Intrigued as to what he was up to setting Alonso up with Jack? Poor boy!

The bit with Rose really really broke me. That he couldn't say anything to her, not really, and she's all 0_o at him. :( Love what they did with his other companions though.

Was the President using a resurrection glove?

I'm watching the Confidential at the moment and David himself is getting a bit sniffly about his last moments with the Sonic screwdriver! :(

I'm just glad Wilf and Donna are okay.

I hated it. I couldn't even get emotional at the Rose segment.

I really, really hated it.

I was expecting to bawl, and I couldn't even get a single tear out.

I hated how he died (Radiation poisoning? Really? I think he's just beaten Ianto for anti-climatic deaths.), I hated how he left it with each companion (except Sarah-Jane...for some reason, that wave felt right) ESPECIALLY Donna...I mean, giving shallow!Donna a winning lottery ticket? How is THAT going to help her character!?! I hated how the Rose scene felt like there was such distance between them (sure, she didn't know him but was still giving him the eye but I just couldn't feel sad when the bond didn't seem to be there) although I did like that she was the final thing he saw (except that Ood) before his regeneration.

And I hated, hated, HATED Eleven. I think this is the final nail in the coffin for me watching series 5.

I think I'll stick with Alt!Verse fanfic, thank you.

I understood why they did it, but was disappointed in the fact that he couldn't really go and hug/talk to Donna and Rose. :(

I couldn't make out Eleven too well with the tiny bit of screen time he had, but he seemed a LOT like Ten. If that's the case...meh.

If Rose had touched him once (maybe an 'are you alright?' pat on the back) or if he had shed a tear after seeing her, then that part would have made me emotional. But nothing.

There was a part of me kind of hoped Donna would need the Doctor's assistance, and that we'd get at least one scene of the Doctor doing what he does best (healing people). xD Kind of shame we didn't. *Likes doctor!Doctor*

Nope, nothing from the altverse. But I guess I can understand that. This was Ten's moment, and to see TenII being all happy would have taken away from the emotional impact.
