I'm trying to decide if I want to keep watching as it airs or to marathon it all later. Last night was weird, but not an intriguing kind of weird. Or even a LOLOLOL THE DOCTOR'S FLOATING kind of weird.

They introduced even more characters and it's getting to be a three ring circus. If I caught it right, they're now at the point in time just after the hatch blew up at the end of S2 (or 3?), and I've no idea how the crash survivors avoided all the people tromping all over the island, shooting off flares, and generally being LOUD.

The only parts that were interesting to me were where the plane lands safely in LA, and we see AU snips of life for everyone.

Oh, the smoke monster being Locke... I don't really care that it's taken Locke's form, I just want to know why it made steampunk noises when we first saw it way back when. Things don't make noises for no reason. Basically, on this show I care most of all about those noises. :D

I loved LOST when it first aired, but I lost interest after they killed off so many of the original characters and introduced so many new ones. That island was more like Grand Central Station than a remote tropical island.

It's gotta be the worst kept secret island ever. XD

Island people are in 2007. Jack, Kate, and Sawyer are in the same time as Sun, Richard and Lepidus(because the saw the firework the Others set off at the Temple). When Juliet set off the bomb the AU was created and they moved forward in time.

Personally I just loved being able to see some old characters like Boone and Charlie. And as someone who is a bit of a diehard Skater, I loved the elevator scene.

Idk. I loved the premiere. For me it was the perfect blend of characters, pathos, plot and mystery.

Okay, I thought they wound up back in 2007. Good to know at least that much I caught. :D

And it was neat seeing some old characters too.

I was listening to a radio call-in show last night and this one guy called in to say, "I tried to watch the Lost premiere tonight and now I know why they decided to call the show Lost: I am COMPLETELY lost! What's going on???" Heh. That made me giggle.

I stopped watching at the end of S2 (I think), but it sounds like the show's devolved much like Alias did, which is sad. You'd think JJ would've learned his lesson after the Alias finale debacle. :P

And because I haven't done it in a while: *LIIIIIIIIIIICK* ;)

HA! I think it's ambitious to be running parallel universes along side each other, but it's also a bit "..."

*LIIIIIIICK*

After swallowing the Penis headed Dalek, and the six billion Masters story line on Doctor Who, I am willing to give anything a go. So I tuned in to LOST after not viewing it since the end of season3 when Charlie got killed. I didn't know what the heck was going on, but I still enjoyed it in a crazy kind of way. Oh Doctor Who, you have trained me well.

*nods* There's not much that can weird me out anymore. :D
