goldy_dollar and beck_liz wanted me to post about how the Doctor and Rose is like Sherlock and John. And so I am. (Who am I to refuse?)
This...is not serious. Just in case you were wondering.
Meet John Watson. He's a 30-something who has PTSD from the war.
Meet Rose Tyler. She's 19 and has a crap job. So far, so similar.
John meets Sherlock, who is a genius, but also a douchebag.
Rose meets the Doctor who is also a genius douchebag.
So googleing is done on these mysterious men. (Moffat, you hack.)
John is a bit horrified at Sherlock's crap.
Rose is also a bit horrified at the Doctor's crap.
At one point Sherlock temporarily ditches John, leaving him wondering what the buggery fuck just happened.
Rose can relate.
There is an awkward conversation about if Sherlock is gay, which is "OKAY, REALLY."
There is an awkward conversation about if the Doctor is an alien, which is "OKAY, REALLY."
Time out for LOLZ.
Sherlock and the Doctor manage to get into trouble.
John and Rose save the day! Yay!
John and Sherlock head off for more adventures.
And so do the Doctor and Rose.
Clearly they are exactly the same. *nods*
