Sherlock: Scandal spoilers.
- BIGGEST KINK RIGHT NOW: VIRGIN!SHERLOCK/JOHN. BECAUSE THE FIRST PART IS CANON AND CLEARLY JOHN NEEDS TO BE A FRIEND. A SEXY FRIEND. WHAT, THE SECOND PART ISN'T CANON?
- I thought about wanting fic where Irene wins instead of the schmoop we were given, but basically I think I would have just ended the episode where Irene and Mycroft hammer out her wish list and then Irene would be all "LATERZ." The End.
- BROMANCE FIC. I don't even need sexin', just giggles and bickering and fighting crime! Possibly without pants! Seriously, this fandom needs more humor fic.
- Mycroft and Sherlock childhood fic. Because "I'll be mother." "That's an entire childhood right there." HAS SO MUCH TO IT. Seriously, there are a bunch of different ways you could take that, and each could be interesting. And I already like Mycroft and Sherlock childhood fic.

Then they go off and live happily ever after...like in the books.

I'm glad I was braced for this episode; Irene was pretty much exactly what I feared she would be. But since I was expecting it, I just sort of facepalmed a bit instead of tearing my hair out in frustration at Moffat's portrayal of the ideal woman. This made it a lot easier to enjoy Irene. Though I am still irritated that Sherlock won over her AND saved her at the end. I will say, however, that I kind of loved that warehouse scene between John and Irene. I want some big juicy fic that's all about reconciling Sherlock/John with this new relationship between Sherlock/Irene that we've just been shown. And it's okay if Irene loses out this time. ;)
Mycroft and Sherlock's relationship fascinates me, so mte.

(But yes. Really dumb.)

More humour please.
I can only imagine the thoughts flying through John's head at that revelation... SO MUCH POTENTIAL.

And John was probably battling in his mind. One side trying to imagine their childhood while the other running away screaming.
