For the record, the BSG fandom pairing of Lee/Kara scares the hell out of me. Actually, if the show continues in the same style and tone, I can't picture myself shipping or slashing anyone.

But I'd be more than willing to start a cult following of a character (Boomer?) and claim that every second that Lee and Kara are in the same room together is an abomination against said character (maybe Adama?) because of the damage to the character's (how about Helo? wait. he's not on the ship.) relationship with Lee and/or Kara, and that TPTB have their heads up their asses in allowing Lee and Kara to even speak to each other when they could be speaking to the character (Gaius?).

I'm sorry, but I don't think I'd be able to cult Six. She *does* have the pretty and evil thing going for her (and she has good hair), but every time I see her I can't help thinking that Tricia Helfer and Jessica Simpson were separated at birth.

I really don't care if Kara and Lee get together or even if they UST them on the show. I've been pretty impressed with the writing so far and anything they throw at us will be entertaining. I just can't picture myself getting excited enough about the pairing to write fic.
