Don't know much about history...
I was telling
manticoran that I have no idea why I feel the need to involve my entire flist in my writing process. Chalk it up to attention whore or drama queen or perhaps needing a few sessions on the couch.

I'm brainstorming for the new fics and while I don't want to do everything on Earth, some historical stuff could be fun too. Anyone have any interesting events in history they like? Maybe something lesser-known? Maybe something unexplained? I'm pretty much looking at everything. Brainstorming, after all. Well, brainstorming with my flist...
No need to know anything about Doctor Who whatsoever. And I'm trying to stay out of the U.S. just because that would seem weird. Oh, and I'm trying to stay out of London as well. Heh heh.
And now, I'm *almost* out of here for the 3-day weekend! WOO! I am so in the starting blocks, ready to go.

It's one of Australia's biggest unsolved mysteries ever. They never found anything of what happened. Maybe underwater aliens took him. Maybe he came ashore down the beach and walked into a blue box looking for a towel ...
Was that the only Egypt Who episode?
So far as I can recollect, yes.
Just got a flash of Jack doing something to cause that.
Bad!Jack! ;-)

And my mind instantly wanders off to HHGG.
"...any man who can hitch the length and breadth of the galaxy, rough it, slum it, struggle against terrible odds, win through, and still knows where his towel is is clearly a man to be reckoned with."
:D
