Oh, and while I was being extremely ruthless in narrowing the list, I do think Ofra Haza (pick an album, any album -- Desert Wind or Kirya probably best to start) is a necessity. :-)

Oh, have listened to a couple of Dead Can Dance songs - really like them! They make me want to paint. Very cool. Gonna have to get some cds. :)
