That rhythm was carried by some satellite system, wasn't it? What was the name of that? There was a satellite system mentioned by name in this episode, and I don't know if it was the same. (The mention may have been last week; I rewatched that episode before tonight's.) Harriet didn't say she'd created the system -- maybe she just used what was already there.

I just watched the Tom Baker episode where The Doctor chickened out and didn't destroy the Daleks when he had a chance. If you haven't watched classic who, it was one of those 'would you kill a baby if you knew it would grow up to be Hitler' things. (Same episode where Sara Jane got dumped in the middle of nowhere.)

Anyway, I heard that voice and saw that finger....DAVROS!

Although if Harriet had stayed in power, and considering the Master, Harriet probably would have met with an "accident" if he needed her gone from the Prime Minister spot. I kinda think the Master would have found a way to take over, no matter what had happened in TCI.

Gah! I'm so pleased someone else heard the 'click'. It's sent my brain into overdrive - cause the bug can't still be on her back...can it? That would mean she was still in an alternate universe, that would actually break small children's brains would it not?

Maybe Donna has something uber within her that can heal a Time-Lords heart - that is a bit of a stretch though - it did seem like the Dalek only struck the Dr in one of his hearts...
