2. Well, basically it all boils down to the fact that Jack and Chloe really really really REALLY wanted to hug each other, but couldn't in front of Bill and Tony. Oh, and an African dictator/evil man has somehow managed to infiltrate the entire U.S. government. However he will be no match for Jack Bauer, for he is awesome.
