I think I'm finally getting back to wanting to write. It's been a long time since I've had that urge. Not that I've got any plot bunnies right now. And I kind of feel like my mental capacity is this at the moment:

But at least the urge to be writing is starting to come back. Progress!

Erm, I'm sure this would probably horrify you, but when I was writing my wacky Tencest epic last year, I got so fed up with the pronouns that there was a brief period where I'd almost decided to just draw stick figures and diagrams instead. Adult-rated anatomically correct stick-figures.

I think I like yours better.

*SNORTS* That would have been amusingly horrifying. :D

ROFL. Better than most of the stuff out there anyway ;)

Glad that urge is starting to come back... mine tends to wax and wane at very strange times, but it's always refreshing when it returns.

It is. There never seems to be any reason to it either.

lmao. That is so cute!

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 02:41 am (UTC)(link)
I fear they are too cute. :D

Hahaha! I enjoyed that immensely. And sums up most D/R fics quite nicely. *L* That's not being cheeky - I love them that way! Hehe.

Oh, I hate the muse's finicky nature. I went through a good few years of being constantly inspired, being ridiculously productive, and then it just disappeared. Now my muse only seems to appear about once or twice a year for any suitable length of time. Picky b*tch. *L*

It's actually not too far off, is it? :D

*nods* I go through spurts like that too.

Lolz! It's progress for sure. I love the Doctor's hair, and his teeny screwdriver.

HA! Thanks! :)

For some reason, the last couple images didn't load at first, and I was like, what? No hand holding? TRAVESTY. But then it finally loaded and all was right in the world.

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:16 pm (UTC)(link)
There MUST be handholding! No matter what! :D

[identity profile] shinyopals.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 02:58 pm (UTC)(link)
:D :D :D

AWWWWW.

SEQUEL PLZ.

XD

And yay for feeling like writing. My writing brain is a funny thing, especially with exams about, but I'm hoping once all that trauma's over I can get back to writing.

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:17 pm (UTC)(link)
MWAH!!

I don't blame you for losing the writing urge during exams. You probably shouldn't be writing anyway. :D

(Although you should be releasing the final part of your fic.)

[identity profile] shinyopals.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Hehe, I feel like writing more during exams because it's not work, really! ;-) But I shouldn't!

And I'm aiming for another Thursday update! :D

[identity profile] shinyopals.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:22 pm (UTC)(link)
I AM BUSY, YOU KNOW.

MY DRIVING THEORY TEST IS THURSDAY MORNING.

Gas makes cars go. Brakes make them stop.

[identity profile] shinyopals.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:34 pm (UTC)(link)
And what's the national speed limit? What about on a dual carriageway?

What's a pelican crossing? A puffin crossing? A zebra crossing?

What size gap should you leave between you and the car in front? What about when it's raining?

What's the stopping distance of a car going at 60mph on a dry road?

At what speed should you be in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gears?

DO YOU WANT ME TO GO ON?

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:56 pm (UTC)(link)
And what's the national speed limit?

65

What about on a dual carriageway?

Speak English, woman!

What's a pelican crossing? A puffin crossing? A zebra crossing?

Speed up.

What size gap should you leave between you and the car in front?

Just so you can't make out their Bush/Cheney bumper sticker.

What about when it's raining?

Ditto.

What's the stopping distance of a car going at 60mph on a dry road?

The distance it takes to stop. Duh.

At what speed should you be in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gears?

The maximum speed that will take you to go get an automatic.

[identity profile] shinyopals.livejournal.com 2009-05-18 05:58 pm (UTC)(link)
LOL. PLEASE TELL ME THEY DON'T LET YOU DRIVE? :P
