I'm pretty sure the writers are trying to make Renee be girl!Jack in a way, but to me she's gone much further than that. She's a sociopath. Sure Jack has done worse things while undercover, but he wasn't "whateverz" about it. I predict either complete mental breakdown or getting herself killed by the end of the day. Probably sooner.

I still am loving Katee (damn, she can rock a scene), but I'm starting to get tired of her storyline already. She and Chloe need to off this guy and bury him in the backyard already.

*shudder* I was like, "OMG, they're actually going there!" and fast-forwarded to Jack being horrified. And you're right; Jack's not a good guy, but at least he knows what he's doing is wrong and accepts the consequences as necessary. Renee, on the other hand? Yikes.

*snerk* Amen. Ditch the dude, one way or another. It just seems to slow down the episodes, and has the unfortunate tendency of making me think Katee's character is stupid, when clearly she's not.

Yes! It totally throws off the pace of the episode. It feels very tacked-on.
