It's amazingly windy today.
Jan. 7th, 2007 09:04 amHave been watching more Old Who and have been thinking. Now while Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant have made the Doctor their own, it's hard not to be reminded of other Doctors. So far I'm finding that Nine reminds me the most of Four (with his laid-back, often serious demeanor but could suddenly break out into a manic grin), and Ten reminds me the most of Seven (who seems snarky (but still likable, unlike Six's abrasive snark) and more goofy.)
Will probably do a post of a bunch of episodes later today, but right now I just have to say that I have seen Mel. Oh. My. God. The screaming. And also, I wish the Rani had been the Doctor's major villain instead of the Master. She couldn't be bothered with mustache twirling - very cool. And she actually seemed a match for the Doctor while the Master has always struck me as one of the slower Time Lords. Am sad she was only in two episodes and I've now seen them both. :(
